Relax and Recharge

Are you constantly on the go? Do you stop and make time for yourself? October is Mental Health Month, you are invited
to join us for this free event to recharge your batteries.
Whilst this afternoon is mainly for women, men are invited to attend and activities will include a High Tea, card making, beading, drawing, pot a plant and information on relaxation.
