The Lutheran is one of the most highly awarded publications within the Australasian Religious Press Association. The bimonthly Christian magazine reveals how God’s love comes to life in the families, congregations and communities of the LCA/NZ. The Lutheran tells the stories of our people in the church with profound honesty and frankness – there’s no glossing over the tough issues.
Grow Ministries supports and equips congregations to move from isolated programs for children and young people to an intergenerational ministry culture. We love to see young people experiencing a sense of belonging to the whole Christian community, not just their own age group.
We at Good Shepherd Tuggeranong share this same vision. Grow Ministries is the Lutheran Church of Australia's department of child, youth and family ministries. Visit them to explore resources for connecting faith - every day in every home.

We’re part of a bigger family, the Lutheran Church of Australia. Our vision is to see God’s love in Christ coming to life in people everywhere through a Lutheran Church that carries out the great commission by joyfully receiving, living and sharing the gospel. This site has information specific to the NSW and ACT area.

Hidden Hurts Healing Hearts - LCA prevention of domestic and family violence
In Australia one in six females aged 15 or over has experienced violence from a partner or former partner. For males, it's one in 20. On average, one woman a week is killed by a partner or former partner. Domestic and family violence is happening within our church. Maybe it's right here among us, in this congregation. You can access the LCA's support system for sufferers of abuse.
