How will doing this training help your church grow?
You will be trained to use eleven proven tools to facilitate the following outcomes:
• Discover what your congregation does well in mission at present.
• See what God is up to and how to join in more effectively.
• How to develop and support people involved in local mission.
• How to improve your structures, resources and planning processes to improve mission effectiveness.
• How to manage change in an ever-changing environment; preparing for the ‘new normal.’
• How to grow your church and birth new ones.
(The focus of this training is not about finding the ‘gaps’ in your congregation’s health and mission.)
